Intervenant / Intervenante d'action sociale

This position involves working with parents and children to manage and support family relationships and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include organizing parent-child meetings, administering conflict resolution processes, providing support and guidance, maintaining case files, drafting reports and summaries, representing the service at hearings, conducting interviews, and linking with relevant partners based on family situations. Applicants should hold a diploma in specialized education, early childhood education, psychology, or family mediation. Preferable experience includes child protection or parental support. The role requires working at least two Saturdays per month (8:30 – 18:00). The contract starts on September 1, 2026.
