Pim Pam Pum is an NGO that develops social action projects for vulnerable populations. Our initiatives, primarily focused on culture and education, aim to empower individuals and communities. The organization brings together a permanent team of students, professional advisors and a committed community, all driven by the values of equality and sustainable development, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda. We carry out projects in France as well as international cooperation initiatives.

Project Highlights

We are building a communication community to power our cultural and humanitarian projects such as the VISIBLES MMXXV: Women Photographers Living in Countries in War, Conflict Situations, and Humanitarian Crises, and RECO | 75% Refugees and Asylum Seekers: Clothing Transformation | Upcycling | Identity | Fashion with Second‑Hand Clothes.

We’re looking for Creative Volunteers for project‑based tasks, allowing you to contribute partially based on your time availability. The goal is to create a consistent output through collective, flexible participation.

At Pim Pam Pum, we faced a common challenge for all NGOs: maintaining a consistent, high‑quality communication output with volunteer teams whose availability naturally varies.

We decided to turn this challenge into our greatest strength: a flexible and collaborative collective .

This model allows us to guarantee continuity and professional quality in our deliverables. Crucially, it fosters exceptional creative richness by encouraging partial participation from talents all over the world, bringing us the diverse cultural and creative perspectives essential to the global scope of our mission.

• Networking & Visibility : Join our weekly team meetings (Friday/Saturday) with the main team and our cultural representative community.
• For Paris‑based Volunteers (75003) : You are welcome to use our physical office space at the Maison Étudiante (50 rue de Tournelles) , available Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM), and join our regular cultural outings and guided museum visits .

This is a purely volunteer opportunity and is completely unpaid. It is an invitation to join our mission, gain valuable experience, and build your portfolio within a committed NGO.
