Internship Spa Receptionist

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Spa Receptionnist intern, starting August 2026.

General Requirements

• At the hotel spa, you will be responsible for managing client appointment schedules, emails, client reception, and changing rooms.
• You will provide clients with all the information they request during their stay at the establishment.
• Coordination between clients and practitioners
• Checking the cleanliness of the spa, cashiering, managing emails and client requests

Profile

• Fluency in English,
• Availability and responsiveness,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Sense of confidentiality.
