Internship - Sourcing

We are looking for motivated interns who are eager to gain practical exposure in sourcing, business analysis, project coordination, and engineering-related applications within a manufacturing environment.

Exposure

Business & Analysis

• Learn and apply sourcing and business analysis skills
• Support business negotiations and supplier discussions
• Develop report writing, presentation, and follow-up skills

Project Management

• Assist in project coordination and execution activities
• Support Gantt chart monitoring and project updates

Communication

• Gain exposure to various communication tools and professional communication practices

Technical / Engineering

• Learn the basics of engineering drawings and geometrical tolerancing
• Gain exposure to engineering applications such as pneumatics, motors, and linear guides
• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and technical analysis activities
• Participate in supplier assessment and selection processes

Industrial Visits

• Attend exhibitions to source suitable technical components and suppliers
• Participate in supplier visits or factory audits and assist in preparing analysis reports

Software & Systems

• Gain exposure to advanced engineering software and ERP systems through theory and hands‑on learning

Internship Timeline

• Start: June / July 2026
• End: November / December 2026

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students from any discipline (Engineering / Technical background preferred)
• Active participation in extra‑curricular activities
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Must have own transport as public transportation is limited in the area.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
