You will be joining a growing Paris-based team of around 40 professionals (“Giraffes”) and work in close collaboration with fellow giraffes in Africa, Americas, Asia, and Europe on our projects.

The scope of this role will include:

Development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects

Organisation and review of due diligence work prepared by other advisors

Other support on transactions as required (e.g. support on drafting teasers, information memorandum, on Q&A processes, on tracking investors, etc.)

General market intelligence on sectors of interest to the company, including in-depth review of industry reports

Business development assistance

Active participation in a young, international and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our clients

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for an end-of-study internship in the energy transition sector. The candidate should prepare a Masters or similar degree in Finance or Engineering from an internationally renowned institution. Ideally, the candidate has a first experience in project finance or M&A within the energy transition sector and shows a strong interest in pursuing a career in this dynamic and impactful field.

In addition the candidate should demonstrate:

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Excellent analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly

At least a basic understanding of – and interest in – financial concepts and products

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

Thoroughness a
