YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do

The intern will actively contribute to the transformation of P&C Internal model processes by:

• Re-designing P&C processes: o Migration of Premium / Reserves calibration tool to revamp the user experience and automatize run and local/ Group analysis. o Automatize and improve the reporting of Group capital metrics. o Improve the reinsurance modelling and its optimization.
• Develop the reinsurance credit model: o Study, test and implement new correlation parameters amongst reinsurers. o Improve the modelling of shocked probability of default in the model.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new reinsurance business in AXA SA: o Integrate a new business in the internal model of AXA SA including correlation study, impact assessment on different capital metrics and calculation of profitability metrics. o Participate in the review of the pricing model of a new reinsurance business.

YOUR PROFILE

Who you are

• Robust Data and programming skills (R/Python, SQL, Power BI) and ability to learn a new programming language
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to details.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Keen to know about the insurance and reinsurance world.
• Good knowledge of statistical and actuarial basics
