Internship Offer (6 months) – Functional Consultant (M/F)

We offer an internship starting as soon as possible, with the opportunity to continue as a work‑study student from September (1 or 2 years).

If a 6-month internship does not fit your schedule, a shorter format may be considered.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to Operations France, you will support our clients in implementing and operating our software solutions.

You will gradually contribute to all phases of a project:

• Analysis & Needs Assessment
  • Gather and analyze user requirements
  • Contribute to defining the functional scope
• Implementation & Configuration
  • Participate in configuring solutions according to best practices
  • Contribute to testing and validation phases
  • Ensure the consistency of configurations implemented
• Client Support & Relationship
  • Support senior consultants during client workshops
  • Gradually prepare and lead training sessions (webinars)
  • Participate in Level 1 and Level 2 functional support
  • Contribute to task tracking, planning, and reporting
  • Participate in continuous improvement of products and internal documentation

This role provides a comprehensive view of a software project: from business needs to user adoption.

Profile sought

• Student in a business school, engineering school, or university
• Bachelor’s to Master’s level (3rd to 5th year of higher education)
• Specialization in information systems, project management, supply chain, data, or business management is appreciated
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to synthesize information
• Curious with a strong willingness to learn
• Interest in digital tools: ERP systems, business software, data management
• Professional English required

Conditions

• Position based in Cholet (49) / possibility of remote work up to 4 days per week
• Preferably a 6-month internship
