Role Overview
We are looking for aSeniorManager-EnterpriseBusiness (Farming) to drive revenue growth and deeper penetration withinexistingenterpriseaccounts , with a strong focus onlending and credit-led use cases . This role will be responsible for expanding wallet share by positioning Cashfree's payment, payout, and lending-adjacent solutions across largeenterpriseclients.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio ofexistingenterpriseclients with a focus onlending and credit use cases (digital lending, BNPL, loan disbursements, collections, repayments, etc.).
Driveaccount farming by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Cashfree's product suite (Payments, Payouts, APIs, and embedded finance solutions).
Build strong relationships withCXOs, finance heads, product leaders, and operations teams atenterpriseclients.
Understand client lending workflows and business models to recommendscalable, compliant, and tech-first solutions .
Leadcommercial discussions , pricing negotiations, renewals, and long-term contracts.
Work closely withproduct, tech, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
Track revenue, usage metrics, and account health; drive retention and long-term value.
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influenceproduct roadmap and enhancements .
Stay updated onregulatory, compliance, and market trends impacting digital lending and fintech.
Key Requirements
8-12 years of experience inenterprisesalesor key accountmanagement , preferably infintech, payments, lending, NBFCs, banks, or SaaS .
Strong understanding oflending ecosystems including disbursements, collections, repayment flows, and credit products.
Proven experience infarming largeenterpriseaccounts and driving revenue growth.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and longsalescycles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Data-driven, execution-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Prior experience working withpayment gateways, API banking, or lending tech platforms .
Exposure toenterpriseclients across fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or BFSI.
