Internship Logistics Manager (German Speaker)

Your mission as an Art Logistics Manager at Singulart is to organize and manage the shipping of artworks from our artists to customers around the world. You will anticipate our artists and clients' needs, offer exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with our artists as you solve logistical issues that arise along the way.

We are looking for a new joiner starting as soon as possible for a 6‑month internship (no alternance).

Your responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end artwork shipments from artists to clients worldwide
• Guide artists through the shipping process to ensure a smooth, positive experience on the platform
• Identify the best shipping partners and prepare accurate export documentation
• Liaise between artists, couriers, and brokers to ensure seamless deliveries
• Resolve exceptional cases — lost, damaged, or customs‑held artworks — with creative problem‑solving
• Collaborate with framers, art restorers, and packaging & shipping partners worldwide

What we're looking for

• Native or full fluency in German and English (every extra language is a nice plus!)
• At least some experience in international logistics management or in the art field
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with strict deadlines
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner – by email as well as over the phone
• A genuine interest in the art world and empathy for artists and collectors alike
• A strong interest in Art
• Comfortable with digital tools. Knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot) is a strong plus
