The team
Working closely with the Head of Learning, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that matter — from structured training programs to a company‑wide AI adoption initiative involving a network of internal contributors across teams and geographies. You will be the operational backbone of this program: coordinating stakeholders, producing resources, tracking progress, and making sure things actually happen.
What you’ll be doing
AI Training Program — Coordination & Deployment
- Onboard and align a network of internal contributors across teams and geographies
- Plan and facilitate kick‑offs, monthly check‑ins, and retrospectives
- Build and maintain shared resources: playbooks, prompt libraries, use‑case repositories, and ready to use training modules
- Turn team AI use cases into concrete learning content
- Collect feedback and iterate; track adoption metrics and report to leadership
Learning Strategy & Program Support
- Support the 2026 L&D roadmap rollout across the organization
- Help managers and VPs scope and deliver their L&D projects
- Contribute to onboarding follow‑ups, KPI tracking, and quarterly impact reports
- Prepare presentations for ExCom and top management
Content Creation & LMS Administration
- Design and produce learning materials: videos, e‑learning modules, visual guides
- Collaborate with SMEs to keep content accurate and relevant
- Administer and optimize our LMS (Sana): user guides, onboarding, usage tracking
What we’re looking for

- Strong written communication skills — able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Proficient / Curious in G‑Suite and content creation tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Curious about AI and comfortable using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar in your day‑to‑day work — hands‑on experience is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset: at ease with tracking data, drawing insights, and reporting on program impact.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment — proactive rather than reactive.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
