Role Description

As a Junior Security & Compliance, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving Noota's security and compliance posture. You will work closely with our technical and operational teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards in data security and regulation.


Your Responsibilities

  • Regulatory and Normative Compliance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of requirements related to GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Documentation and Procedures: Create, maintain, and update security and compliance documentation (policies, procedures, registers, reports).
  • Client Support and Tenders: Complete security questionnaires and compliance documents requested by our clients and prospects, and contribute to responses to tenders regarding security and compliance aspects.
  • Risk Analysis: Contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of information security risks.
  • Awareness and Training: Participate in the creation and dissemination of security awareness materials for all employees.
  • Audit Support: Assist teams during internal and external audits by providing necessary information and evidence.
  • Technological and Regulatory Watch: Monitor developments in security threats, industry best practices, and applicable regulations.
  • Incident Management: Provide support in managing and resolving security incidents.


What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in digital law, risk management, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: A first significant experience (internship, apprenticeship, first job) in a role related to information security, compliance, or quality management is a major asset.

In-depth Knowledge:

  • Mastery of fundamental cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR).
  • Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and their practical application.

Key Skills:

  • Rigor and attention to detail: Essential for creating and verifying compliance documents.
  • Excellent writing skills: For drafting policies, procedures, responses to client questionnaires, and tenders.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills: To understand complex requirements and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiatives.
  • Good communication skills: To interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken.
