Transdev is hiring an internship for an International HR Junior Manager within the Group Talent department, focusing on international mobility programs.

Responsibilities

• VIE Program
  • Coordinate onboarding at both local and Group level (digital or at HQ)
  • Ensure completion of administrative steps
  • Update dashboards and track monthly KPIs
• Group Graduate Program
  • Assist in the selection process and participant follow-up
  • Contribute to the organization of learning expeditions and development activities
• Support to Other International Programs
  • Lead coordination of international internship staffing
  • Assist with Short Term Assignments processes
  • Contribute to other ad hoc international HR initiatives
• Communication
  • Promote international programs internally and externally
  • Update content and support communication on SharePoint and other internal platforms

Education

Master's degree in human resources.

Skills

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to create, design and publish impactful internal communication content
• Excellent command of MS tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Languages

• English full proficiency (written and spoken) required
• French B2
• A third language appreciated
