Inclusive Insurance Financial Analysis Intern – September 2026, 6 months, AXA Headquarters, 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement, Paris.

Responsibilities

• Bring your financial and business performance analysis skills to advance our Inclusive Insurance ambition
• Support AXA EssentiALL’s reporting and planning processes
• Conduct quantitative analysis of Inclusive Insurance solutions worldwide using the largest inclusive insurance business database in the market
• Contribute to the maintenance, adaptation and enhancement of business analytics tools
• Develop in-depth studies of specific topics in the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space, including benchmark analysis of the inclusive insurance and ESG landscape, and country- or customer segment-specific research

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance, financial services, or impact-driven business models
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and business performance data
• Ability to produce structured, reliable, and insightful reporting materials, with proficiency in PowerPoint
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken; French language skills optional but preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint, and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
