In a multi-European market context with highly diverse customer behaviours, data is an essential tool to help better understand customer needs and their profiles.

This data expertise is held by our Data analysts who prepare and implement contact plans with our Retail or Digital customers in collaboration with the marketing teams.

Additionally, they analyse customer behaviours to identify new business levers to activate.

Finally, they help develop reporting tools to best support operational teams (marketing, retail, etc.).

This permanent optimization, linked to technological developments, different usages, different costs in our markets, is essential in our business model.\n\n
