Internship Clinical Application Support - Ultrasound – Based in north of France

Location: Créteil, Île-de-France, France
Reporting to: Clinical Application Manager Ultrasound and Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Act as the information point for customers to maximize value from Mindray products.
- Liaise with hospitals to organize and manage clinical assessments, facilities, and post‑sales support.
- Serve as the product expert and train customers on effective use of the products.
- Advise clients on workflow design according to the clinical context (intensive care units, operating theatres, emergency departments, etc.).
- Work with clients to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use.
- Identify and communicate internally the company's growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional account manager to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
- Communicate at all levels, adapting content to the audience to ensure training is well understood.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute projects on time and in line with client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical, technical, and commercial knowledge.
- Contribute to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks, and training presentations.
- Manage and maintain training records.
- Communicate with clinical and marketing managers to report field information (products, competition, etc.).
Qualifications
- Biomedical studies and marketing/economics background.
- Experience working independently and strong project organization skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to work in France without needing company sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills and natural curiosity.
- Analytical skills, preferably in the clinical field.
- Proven presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasive powers.
- High mobility during the working week.
