Internship Clinical Application Support - Ultrasound – Based in north of France

Location: Créteil, Île-de-France, France

Reporting to: Clinical Application Manager Ultrasound and Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the information point for customers to maximize value from Mindray products.
• Liaise with hospitals to organize and manage clinical assessments, facilities, and post‑sales support.
• Serve as the product expert and train customers on effective use of the products.
• Advise clients on workflow design according to the clinical context (intensive care units, operating theatres, emergency departments, etc.).
• Work with clients to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use.
• Identify and communicate internally the company's growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional account manager to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
• Communicate at all levels, adapting content to the audience to ensure training is well understood.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute projects on time and in line with client expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical, technical, and commercial knowledge.
• Contribute to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks, and training presentations.
• Manage and maintain training records.
• Communicate with clinical and marketing managers to report field information (products, competition, etc.).

Qualifications

• Biomedical studies and marketing/economics background.
• Experience working independently and strong project organization skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work in France without needing company sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and natural curiosity.
• Analytical skills, preferably in the clinical field.
• Proven presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasive powers.
• High mobility during the working week.
