Internship – CHEMICAL REACTOR LAB or MODELLING ENGINEER (f/m/d)

Context
While closely collaborating with the REACTOR PROCESS ENGINEER, you will be a part of our Engineering team, contributing to the design of one of our chemical reactors. You will participate and contribute to projects related to kinetic determination, analytical tests, and data treatment. Thus, you will help PRONœ achieve critical milestones in our technical and industrial project while gaining valuable, first-hand insights into entrepreneurship, sustainability, technology innovation.
Main Missions
- Perform laboratory tests using chemical reactors.
- Conduct quantitative analytical testing of solutions (e.g., titration).
- Contribute in 2D and 3D modelling of chemical reactors.
- Analyze experimental data, identify trends, propose improvements, and reporting.
Education
Advanced student in chemical, process or mechanical engineering (or other degrees that require analytical skills).
Relevant Experience
Use of laboratory equipment and reactors, use of analytical tools, data treatment, kinetic determination, modelling (nice to have).
Relevant Industries
Water treatment, chemical production, environmental, wastewater treatment, food industry, and pharmaceutical industry.
Skills & Behaviors we expect
- Proficiency in scientific English, good writing, and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Technical skills: experimental work and/or mathematical modelling, chemical engineering, Microsoft Office, use of software.
- Autonomy, flexibility and adaptability are a must, together with a results-oriented mindset.

Practicalities
- Position based in Les Loges-en-Josas (Paris area, France).
