Pop-Ups
The WE ARE ONA team sets up pop‑up restaurants in the most unique settings worldwide, giving creative freedom to young renowned chefs, in partnership with local supplie
rs.Destinations include France, Italy, Turkey (in the Kaplankaya domain), Switzerland (Basel, Zermatt), Portugal, and Mexico. WE ARE ONA Pop‑ups follow the cultural and artistic fairs, from the Biennale in Venice, Art Basel in Basel, Miami, Hong‑Kong and Paris, the Salone del Mobile in Milan to Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant to General Manager to support with the run of the office. Scope of work :
- Support on sales meeting with our GM.
- Develop P&L for special F&B projects
- Manage pop‑up sponsorship partners (logistics, brand integration, reports)
- Develop brand marketing tools
- Review legal & contracts elements
- Coordination between the teams
- Ad‑hoc tasks

Profile
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) from Business School/Hospitality school.
- Passion: You have a genuine passion for gastronomy, fashion and the luxury industry.
- Interpersonal: Excellent relationship‑building skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders daily. You are autonomous, business‑driven and independent in your execution.
- Mindset: A team player, convincing, and proactive. You demonstrate great reactivity and a sharp sense of organization.
- Languages : Fluent French and English are essential
- Technical: Perfect command of PowerPoint & Excel (Google Suite)
