Job Description

You are joining the Global Client Sustainable Investing team as an Internal Sustainability Investing, looking for a Sustainable Investment Assistant for an internship of 6 months from August 2026 .

This is an exciting opportunity to support our growth while meeting the growing demands of customers and sales. Your role will be to interact with NIM clients and Business Development Units (BDCs) on all sustainability-related issues, strengthen relationships with our affiliates, and collaborate with various internal functions including marketing, communication, reporting, requests for proposals (RFPs) and risk.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and perform summary analyses to inform the sales team;
  • Conduct in-depth research on sustainable finance, regulations and the competitive landscape, presenting lessons in a clear and concise manner;
  • Inform customers and sales teams about the various sustainability products and solutions offered by NIM and its subsidiaries;
  • Assist in end-of-cycle RFP processes and work with the RFP team to improve responses, focusing on positioning NIM and its affiliates;
  • Carry out other analyses and project work as required.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student preparing a degree with specialization in finance, economics or sustainable development.

  • Passionate about sustainability and informed of current trends and standards;
  • Curious and meticulous, able to provide timely information on emerging ESG trends related to climate, SDGs and societal challenges;
  • Proven ability to assess ESG performance using both conventional and unconventional data;
  • Excellent skill to synthesize information and present ideas in a clear and convincing manner;
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English.
