Job Description

You join our Structured Export Solutions team, which is looking for a Structured Export Solutions Intern , for an internship of 6 months from May .

Responsibilities

• Participate in origination processes by preparing client pitches to support the team on Export and Commodities Structured Finance transactions
• Assist in the preparation of reports and various sectoral research
• Develop presentation files for internal decision‑making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling…)
• Contribute to the drafting of financing offers (Term sheet, Letter of Interest)
• Collaborate as a deal team in structuring and executing mandates won by the SES team

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Student at the Bac/Bac level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering), with a solid background in finance
• You possess a sense of teamwork and an ability to evolve in an international environment
• You have the ability to prepare and deliver quality client pitches under pressure
• You are proactive and able to propose solutions for the success of the team
• A first experience in structured financing with international players would be a plus
• You are perfectly fluent in English
