Internship - 6 months - Gestionnaire Securities Primary - F/H

Job Description

You join our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, which is looking for a Manager Securities Primary , for an internship of 6 months from February .

The team’s missions are as follows:

• Ensure the conformity of legal documentation, particularly in the context of the bank’s issues and syndicated (or non-unionized) issues on behalf of external issuers;
• Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;
• Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on the French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also the Italian, Spanish and American domestic markets);
• Escalate information and problems encountered with the concerned services (middle, front, legal, accounting ...);
• Resolve the disagreements observed on operations with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, ...);
• Perform reconciliations required for the controls of this activity (follow‑up of internal and external outstanding);
• Develop the reporting to monitor activities;

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Follow‑up new Dispatcher role in the BAL;
• Survey of claims related to coupon delays and refunds;
• Identify and track the issues of the new entity NCIBL;
