Salary: 150.000 EUR base + 20% bonus

Are you ready to steer the global tax strategy for a major industrial player with a footprint spanning from Mexico to India? We are looking for a strategic and operational International Tax Director to lead the tax function, optimize global structures, and support international expansion.

The Role: Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement the global tax strategy to manage the Group’s effective tax rate (ETR).

Governance & Compliance: Oversee corporate tax obligations across the Americas and EMEA, ensuring robust internal controls and managing external advisors.

Transfer Pricing: Design and maintain the Group’s TP policy and documentation (OECD standards, Master/Local Files).

M&A & Business Partnering: Provide tax structuring for acquisitions and divestitures; advise senior leadership on supply chain and market entry decisions.

Tax Accounting: Oversee tax provisions under IFRS and manage tax audits/risks globally.

Leadership: Lead the internal tax function and coordinate with regional finance teams.

Your Profile: Experience: 12–15+ years in international tax within a multinational corporation or a Big Four firm.

Sector Expertise: Background in industrial/manufacturing environments

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cross-border taxation, OECD BEPS, Pillar Two, and IFRS.

Education: Master’s degree in Tax, Law, or Finance; professional certifications (CPA, CTA) are a plus.

Leadership: Proven ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable business advice for executive stakeholders.
