Position
International Tax Analyst – Finance team.
Qualifications
- Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly in a consultancy environment.
- Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations.
- Experience with a global law firm, fintech, or startup company.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Data‑driven communicator.
- Professional experience working with large data sets.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions for all active countries.
- Determine and assess best equity options and payments.
- Work with the payroll department to determine fund flow that allows tax‑efficient salary packages and benefits across countries.
- Assess local tax exposures in the different countries from a personal income tax and social security perspective.
- Help the team with any tax question arising from clients.
- Build documentation resources to address recurring and potential customer questions around tax.
Compensation
Annual salary range: €40,300 — €72,650 EUR. Base salary is dependent on location, skills, experience, and market demand.
