International Tax Advisor

Your role

In this position, you will act as a Global International Tax Advisor, supporting global tax restructurings and tax initiatives led by the headquarters.

You will also support regions and countries in addressing local tax law requirements, ensuring alignment with the Group’s commercial and strategic objectives.

Based at CEVA Logistics Headquarters in Marseille, you will be part of the Global Tax Department and report to the International Tax Director.

• Be part of global tax restructuring projects with high strategic impact
• Work on complex international tax challenges across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate closely with headquarters, regions and business teams worldwide
• Contribute to the transformation and growth of a global logistics leader
• Gain strong exposure to M&A and international structuring projects

What you will do

• Work with the global tax team on planning initiatives to reduce the Group’s effective tax rate and cash tax position
• Identify and implement direct tax optimization opportunities
• Contribute to a sustainable global tax structure in a changing international environment
• Participate in M&A-related tax activities
• Monitor and oversee transfer pricing documentation
• Track international tax law developments and assess their impact on the Group
• Propose mitigation strategies where required
• Identify and mitigate tax risks across the Group
• Manage tax audits across multiple countries
• Coordinate with external tax advisors globally

Business Support & Reporting

• Provide tax advisory support to selected countries and business units
• Assist the Tax Reporting Manager (tax provisioning, deferred tax assets analysis, etc.)

Project Management

• Lead and support the implementation of global tax structuring projects
• Ensure coordination across multiple stakeholders and geographies

About you

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax advisory
• Strong background in direct international tax and transactional tax concepts
• Experience in Big 4 or similar consulting environment is highly desirable
