International Subsidiaries Marketing Leader
Vitrinemedia designs and sells digital display solutions for real estate professionals : high-brightness window displays, LED screens and the software that runs them. Our displays light up high streets across several European countries. Vitrinemedia brings shop windows back into the spotlight.
Our growth now happens internationally, through a network of subsidiaries with very different markets, languages and levels of marketing maturity. Every country is moving fast — but each one is moving on its own. That is the very reason this role exists.
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Sales & International Department, you will cover the following target scope : Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, etc...
You will give our subsidiaries a shared marketing direction , while respecting what makes each market different. In practice: you will set the framework, select and steer the local agencies, equip the sales teams, and measure what works so that it can be rolled out elsewhere.
You will rely on local agencies , on the sales teams of each subsidiary and on the marketing team at head office. Your added value will lie in steering, structuring and holding the bar high, more than in hands-on production.
1. Coordinating the subsidiaries’ marketing strategy
- Build the annual marketing plan of each subsidiary together with the Sales Department, and break it down into quarterly actions.
- Run a regular review rhythm with the country managers: objectives, progress, trade-offs.
- Ensure brand and message consistency from one country to the next, while leaving room for local adaptation.
- Identify best practices in one market and industrialise them in the others (playbooks, ready-to-use kits, translated templates).
2. Steering local agencies and partners
- Select, brief and challenge the local agencies: SEO/SEA , social media, creative, print, events.
- Write clear briefs, frame deliverables and deadlines, and hold the expected quality level.
- Monitor marketing budgets per country and allocate investment according to results.
3. Supporting the sales teams
- Be the marketing counterpart of the country sales teams: understand their field reality and turn their needs into action.
- Provide the tools that win deals: value propositions, customer cases, meeting materials, prospecting sequences.
- Track marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline and report on it to management.
4. The topics to coordinate
- SEO / SEA — visibility of the country websites, local Google Ads campaigns, traffic and lead tracking (GA4, Search Console).
- Social media & content strategy — editorial lines per market, publishing calendars, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, content production by the agencies.
- Printed content — brochures, catalogues, point-of-sale and sales materials: design, language adaptation, production and logistics with the printers.
- Email campaigns — acquisition and nurturing sequences per market, database segmentation, performance measurement.
