International Solutions Engineering Manager – High-growth trusted PaaS services & AI (European scale)

We are partnering with a high-growth European TRUE PaaS service provider , backed by major corporate institutions, to hire a strategic Solutions Engineering Manager .

This is a role creation.

This company operates at the intersection of trusted cloud, managed services, and large-scale data & AI*** projects, primarily for regulated industries.

The company operates mainly in Europe and is clearly set to become a leader on the continent to challenge the usual hyperscalers / cloud providers on security / governed data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and grow the Solution Engineering team (with significant scaling expected in the next 12–18 months)
• Define and implement best-in‑class pre‑sales methodologies and frameworks
• Stay actively involved in strategic and complex deals
• Design tailored solutions addressing client‑specific challenges
• Contribute to the design of secure, compliant architectures for large‑scale AI and data projects
• Ensure alignment across Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams
• Drive a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Ideal profile

• 15+ years in Solution Engineering / Pre‑sales (PaaS service cloud environments)
• Proven ability to build and position solution offerings from existing technology components (from "selling a product" to "assembling a solution")
• Strong experience in solution selling, combining multiple capabilities into tailored, high‑value client solutions
• Exposure to data/AI environments and security topics
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
• "Entrepreneur" Spirit: you thrive in high‑transformation contexts where you need to create, risk, and build rather than just follow a script
