With more than 90% of its business generated internationally, eLichens serves leading players in industrial safety, gas utilities, environmental monitoring, and Oil & Gas markets.

Position

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for accelerating sales growth and managing strategic customer relationships across international markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to address customer requirements.
• Represent eLichens at international exhibitions and conferences.
• Contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Education

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree from a leading Business School.

Experience

• Significant international sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Gas sensors
• Industrial safety
• Oil & Gas
• Environmental monitoring
• Gas Utilities

Skills

• Proven success in complex B2B sales.
• Experience dealing with large international customers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomous and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
