International Sales Manager - MICE Northern America F/M

At the Carlton Cannes, we are seeking an International Sales Manager – MICE Northern America, reporting directly to the Director of Sales, to support the international commercial development of the hotel with a strong focus on the US & Northern America markets (Groups & Incentives).

Recently spectacularly renovated, the hotel now features a state-of-the‑art Conference Center and highly adaptable, performance‑driven teams in Cannes, recognised as one of the world’s leading event destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and execute the international MICE sales strategy across the US & Northern America markets, targeting luxury corporate groups and incentive business, in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
  • Develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key accounts, agencies, and partners within the assigned territory.
  • Actively promote the Carlton Cannes during sales missions, trade shows, client events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio while identifying new business opportunities aligned with the hotel’s positioning and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, market feedback, account follow‑up, and strong coordination with internal operational and commercial teams.

Profile & Mindset

To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, with strong exposure to the US & Northern America MICE markets.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and business development skills within the Groups & Incentives segment.
  • Structured, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with strong commercial discipline.
  • Ability to represent an iconic luxury Maison with elegance, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
  • Frequent travel availability across the assigned market.
