We are a subsidiary of the Accor group and provide cloud‑based e‑commerce solutions for hotels worldwide. Our CRM platform, a SaaS solution based in Paris, Toulouse and Barcelona, improves guest experience and boosts ancillary sales across hotels, resorts and serviced apartments.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer based in Paris or other major European cities to accelerate our growth in the SaaS travel sector.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and qualify incoming leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Understand prospects’ objectives and develop strategies to offer relevant solutions that help them achieve their goals.
  • Precisely manage your sales pipeline and keep the CRM up to date.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and functions to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company, ideally within Travel Technology.
  • First experience in international market development.
  • Hunter mentality: persistent in prospecting and following up with prospects, motivated to close deals.
  • Performance‑oriented with experience with sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Autonomous, persevering, capable of working independently to achieve individual monthly business goals.
  • Demonstrates initiative in improving the B2B sales process.
