International Product Manager – Embedded Systems (W/M)

We are recruiting an International Product Manager Engineer – Embedded Systems (W/M) on a full‑time permanent contract.

The position

We are looking for an International Product Manager with a passion for embedded technologies, capable of managing the development and global launch of our solutions. You will play a key role in product strategy, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, marketing, sales, and customers).

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
• Analyze international market needs and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with development teams to define technical product specifications
• Oversee product design, development, and launch phases
• Develop compelling sales pitches and marketing materials tailored to international markets
• Monitor product performance and propose continuous improvement actions
• Support sales representatives in engaging with major customers
• Provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs

Profile and Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in embedded systems, electronics, or IT
• At least 5 years of significant experience in product management, ideally in an international context
• Strong skills in marketing, sales, project management, and communication
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
• Willingness to travel several times a year (France, Europe, and beyond)
• Fluent English is essential; a third language would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
