About Your Team

You will be part of the Global Mobility / HR team based in Nanterre. The team supports international assignments worldwide, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a high level of service for employees and business stakeholders.

About the Mission

As an International Mobility Specialist, you will support all aspects of international mobility for expatriates and inpatriates, ensuring compliance while delivering a high‑quality employee experience in a dynamic international environment.

Starting Date

As soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end international mobility processes (expatriation, impatriation, transfers)
  • Coordinate assignment preparation and administrative processes
  • Monitor immigration, visa and work permit processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, tax and social security regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders
  • Support cost estimation and preparation of mobility packages for projects
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, legal teams and external providers
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting

Key Interactions

  • Internal: HR teams, Project Managers, Finance, Legal
  • External: Immigration advisors, tax consultants, relocation providers, and authorities

Role Dimension

  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ international assignees
  • Operate autonomously with limited supervision

About You

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Law or Business
  • Experience: 3–5 years in international mobility
  • Languages: Fluent English and French required
  • Main skills:
    • Strong knowledge of immigration, tax and social security
    • Excellent coordination and organisational skills
    • Stakeholder management
    • Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset
