Descriptif du poste
As part of the consulting team, the International Integrated Media Strategy Director leads 360° integrated media strategy and multi-market coordination across EMEA, with an extension to MENA.
Acting as the right hand of the Business Director, you play a key role in accelerating brand growth through strong strategic governance, impactful media partnerships, and a robust cross-channel measurement framework, with a strong focus on Offline (Print & OOH) within a fully integrated 360° approach.
Responsabilités
Strategic Leadership
- Drive strategic and thought leadership across audience insights, consumer culture, media evolution and innovation.
- Translate insights into growth-driven 360° strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, innovation and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure strong online/offline alignment in close partnership with Digital leadership.
360° Media Direction
- Define and deploy a multi-market strategic framework.
- Orchestrate end-to-end media strategies across OOH, Print and full 360 integration.
- Lead offline strategy and planning across markets.
- Manage strategic governance and international negotiations with key media partners.
- Oversee cross-channel measurement and introduce innovative media solutions.
Network & International Coordination
- Lead EMEA network coordination and MENA alignment.
- Act as the main strategic point of contact for local agencies and clients.
- Co-lead quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in media strategy / 360 planning with multi-market (EMEA) coordination.
- Strong expertise in Offline (Print/OOH) and 360 integration (digital, data, content).
- Proven experience in network governance and multi-market negotiation.
- Confirmed team leadership experience.
- High strategic standards, strong storytelling ability, impact & delivery-driven mindset.
- Brand architect with a passion for the luxury industry.
- Fluent in French & English.
