International Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

For over 20 years, VITRINEMEDIA has been a global leader in premium storefront display solutions (LED and digital screens), trusted by more than 25,000 real estate agencies across the world. Our international distribution network spans Europe, Japan, and Australia, and we are continuing to expand.

As part of global growth, we’re looking for an International Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen the international marketing operations and boost local distributor performance.

Your Mission

Support our top 10 international distributors by enhancing their marketing capabilities, from strategy to content creation, and contribute to the development of VITRINEMEDIA’s international visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support (45%)

  • Build strong working relationships with each international distributor.
  • Serve as a liaison between the French marketing team and local distributors.
  • Identify marketing needs for each country and propose tailored solutions.
  • Help distributors implement marketing campaigns and monitor outcomes.
  • Produce and organize relevant content (digital assets, presentations, guides).
  • Ensure smooth sharing and accessibility of all marketing content.

Community Management (35%)

  • Launch and manage VITRINEMEDIA International’s social media presence (LinkedIn).
  • Develop and execute content strategies targeting end users and supporting distributors.
  • Animate social channels with stories, articles, reposts, and visuals.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and event teams for content production.
  • Contribute to the creation of VITRINEMEDIA’s international marketing roadmap.
  • Localize and adapt the strategy per distributor and market.
  • Track and report on performance of marketing actions across regions.

Training & Partner Support (10%)

  • Help prepare and co-host webinars and marketing training sessions (approx. 4 per year).
  • Organize 1‑to‑1 sessions with distributor teams to address specific needs.
  • Travel to support partners in launching or optimizing marketing initiatives.
  • Develop clear guidelines and toolkits for local marketing execution.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
  • Basic video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.
  • SharePoint and digital asset management
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends

Languages

  • English: Professional proficiency (mandatory)
  • French: Good level

Experience

  • At least one experience in marketing project management and/or community management
  • Previous exposure to international environments

Reporting Line

  • Direct Manager: International Marketing Leader
  • N+2: Head of International Sales
  • N+3: CEO
