Forvis Mazars is seeking an intern in international management control to support its Group Controlling team.

Your responsibilities will span two areas: one related to the group cost center, and the other focused on country activity monitoring.

Group Cost (Carl) Responsibilities:

Support the budget process in collaboration with controllers managing budgets, forecasts, landing estimates, and actuals.

Analyse and standardise general ledgers and cost control.

Improve procedures and documentation.

Implement automated reporting tailored to budget holder’s requirements.

Perform analytical coding of invoices using the Yooz invoice digitisation tool.

Enhance tools such as Yooz, TM1, and Power BI.

Contribute to ad hoc projects: tracking strategic investment envelopes, automating reporting analyses, and monitoring travel expense reports.

Country Activity Monitoring Responsibilities:

Participate in forecasts and budgets and analyse results.

Analyse and benchmark data reported by countries.

Formalise and improve procedures.

Improve reporting and visualisation tools (TM1, Power BI).

Support countries in using the Group reporting tool, TM1.
