Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented International Sales Specialist to support our International Key Account team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial agreements for large international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, commercial documentation, and strategic presentations, supporting Key Account Managers and driving high‑quality sales execution.
  • Prepare and complete RFP/RFQ submissions, coordinating across international teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and deliver high‑impact proposals within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams across markets to gather inputs, share insights, support the rollout of international deals and track progress across regions.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, reports, and internal tools that support the Key Account Management team in close cooperation with other departments.
  • Develop and improve the quality of the customer database, ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.
  • Support customer interactions, prepare executive‑level materials, and ensure effective follow‑up to drive strong account management.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of professional experience in automotive sales, business support, or commercial operations role (familiarity with bid or tender processes is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English is a must; other European languages are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practice.
