The Company
Our client is a profitable, fast-growing scale-up operating at the intersection of electric vehicle data and automotive remarketing. Their proprietary technology is used by nearly 2,000 professional clients across more than 25 countries, including around 50 major industrial players and they are expanding rapidly across Europe and beyond.
This is a business with genuine commercial traction, limited direct competition at their level, and the backing to support serious international growth. For the right person, it is an excellent platform.
What the Role Involves
This is a full sales-cycle position. You will own relationships from initial prospecting through to signed contract, deployment, and long-term account growth. Your clients will be large-scale international organisations across automotive remarketing, vehicle leasing, fleet management, and OEM networks.
Day to day, that means:
- Building a client portfolio: Identifying, qualifying, and closing new strategic accounts across multiple markets. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and see them through from first conversation to signed agreement.
- Growing accounts over time: Once a client is live, you take full ownership of their ongoing relationship – supporting deployment, identifying upsell opportunities, and securing renewals.
- Representing the business externally: Attending international trade shows, conferences, and client events. Contributing to the sales and marketing materials that communicate impact in the market.
- Working cross-functionally: Partnering with Customer Care and Product teams to ensure clients extract maximum value from the solution.
Who This Role Suits
This position will work best for someone who already operates within, or sells directly into the automotive remarketing, leasing, or fleet management world. The commercial context matters: clients are sophisticated professionals who expect credibility that comes from shared industry experience.
Please note: Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and securing enterprise-level deals with either major automotive groups, OEM networks, leasing giants, or remarketing platforms is an absolute requirement for this position.
You are likely to be a strong fit if you can say yes to most of the following:
- You have 5–7 years of B2B strategic sales experience, with a clear track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts within the automotive ecosystem
- You have worked with OEM networks, leasing companies, remarketing platforms, or large dealer groups – and you understand how decisions get made inside those organisations
- You have a genuine interest in electric vehicles and the energy transition, not just a desire to move sectors
- You are fluent in English; French or another European language gives you a meaningful edge in this market
- You are comfortable in a fast-moving, ambitious environment where structure is still being built – and you see that as an opportunity rather than a drawback
If your B2B sales background is strong but sits entirely outside the automotive sector, this is unlikely to be the right move – the client's buyers expect a peer, not a generalist.
