INTERNATIONAL HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST – France, Spain & Greece
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR Administration activities for the French and Spanish legal entity while coordinating the HR operations in Greece and has a functional reporting line to the HR Manager for Spain and Greece, based in Spain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR Administration activities for the French entity, ensuring compliance with the French Labour Code , applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCN) and statutory requirements.
- Coordinating outsourced payroll activities , ensuring the accurate collection and validation of payroll data, while reviewing payroll outputs for accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing HR reports and KPIs (headcount, absenteeism, overtime and leave balances) and maintaining accurate HR records and systems.
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees on HR administrative matters , including employment documentation, payroll-related queries and benefits administration.
- Coordinating occupational health activities and mandatory medical examinations in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician
- Supporting HR Administration projects and ensuring consistent HR processes across France, Spain and Greece .
Requirements:
- 5–7 years' experience in HR Administration within an international or multinational environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Law , or a related field.
- Solid experience in French HR Administration , including coordination of outsourced payroll services , with good knowledge of the French Labour Code and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCN) .
- Good knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and HR Administration, with basic exposure to Spanish payroll processes .
- Knowledge of Greek HR Administration would be an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel .
- Fluent French and English ; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS is considered an asset.
Additional Information:
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position directly employed by our Client.
Compensation: Competitive annual gross salary in the range of €45,000–€50,000 , plus a performance-based bonus , meal vouchers , private health insurance , and the opportunity to work remotely on an occasional basis , in accordance with company policy.
