Context
DQE Software is a SaaS vendor specialized in data quality — “Trusted data before every action” — with operations in France, Germany, Spain, and the United States. In a phase of accelerated international expansion, the company is making its partner ecosystem a strategic growth engine.
Missions & Key Responsibilities
You define and execute DQE’s global partnership strategy. Your objective: turn technology partners (Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Shopify) and system integrators and consulting firms into a genuine growth channel — driving recurring revenue, pipeline, and new commercial opportunities. You build the organization, the processes, the KPIs, and the governance that turn partnerships into a measurable growth engine.
Strategy
- Define the global alliances strategy and the 3-year roadmap.
- Prioritize partners by business potential.
- Set revenue, pipeline, and influence targets.
Strategic partnership development
Drive executive-level relationships with key partners — Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Shopify — as well as international system integrators and consulting firms, in order to secure:
- customer introductions and co-sell motions,
- joint marketing campaigns,
- certifications and listings,
- marketing development funds (MDF),
- sponsorships and events.
Partner Program build-out
Design and roll out the full set of processes:
- partner onboarding,
- sales playbooks,
- certification and enablement,
- partner portal,
- rules of engagement and deal-conflict management,
- business plan templates,
- quarterly business reviews.
International governance
Support the commercial teams in France, Germany, Spain, and the United States. Put in place an international governance cadence:
- weekly pipeline reviews,
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),
- Executive Business Reviews (EBRs),
- partner account plans,
- consolidated reporting.
Business Development
Convert partner relationships into revenue: influenced and sourced pipeline, partner and marketplace revenue, opportunities created, and closed deals.
Marketing
Develop joint programs: webinars, events, content and success stories, ABM campaigns, marketplace presence, and analyst relations.
Management
Progressively build and manage an international team of Partner Managers: objectives, processes, methods, tools, training, and KPIs.
Experience & Profile
- 8 to 12 years of experience, including a proven track record in a B2B SaaS software vendor.
- International experience is essential.
- Strong command of the Microsoft and Google Cloud ecosystems (Salesforce and Shopify a plus).
- Demonstrated experience building a partner program at international scale.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate at C-level.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
- Fluent English essential ; Fluent in French appreciated, a third language is a plus.
