The program starts 4 times a year (January, April, July and October) and provides aspiring international volunteers with the tools and knowledge needed to volunteer ethically and responsibly. The program is 10 months and consists of 3 phases:* **3️** months of holistic training and preparation in Faxe, Denmark

• 6️ months of contributing to Humana's sustainable development projects in Malawi, Zambia, or India in the areas of education, public health, sustainable agriculture, or community development
• 1️ month of reflection and knowledge sharing in Denmark and Europe# About the candidate**About you:**
• You are over the age of 18 and have a desire to contribute to ethical and sustainable development work
• You are looking to expand your horizons and grow personally and professionally
• You are comfortable speaking and using English
• You are able to obtain a visa to stay in Denmark (you hold EU citizenship or permanent residency)
