This growth role provides a unique opportunity to work with the people behind some of the world’s best brands. At the heart of our fast-growing business, the ideal candidate will offer a first class experience in both candidate and account management, stay up to date with industry trends and identify new sales opportunities. Additionally, as part of the Perpetual: Delivery Team, this person will contribute to special projects including: creating best practices in developing processes for a growing team, improving internal processes and general support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an International talent network by identifying, approaching, and engaging active and passive candidates across leading and innovative brands
- Conduct meaningful conversations and strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and motivations
- Drive targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach) to attract high-quality profiles and support hiring decisions
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience by managing the recruitment process end-to-end with rigor and attention to detail
- Manage communication with internal team and external clients to ensure a best-in‑class experience with Perpetual
- Conduct market research and partner with the business development team to identify leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Develop strong expertise in the consumer goods market and recruitment trends
- Contribute to special projects as needed, including events, marketing campaigns, and general team support
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
- Support the visibility and growth of Perpetual through marketing initiatives and innovative projects
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); a background in HR, Psychology or Business is a plus
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in building relationships
- Extremely motivated, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated teamwork
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in recruitment, people-focused roles, and client interaction
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role
