International Business Development Manager – AV Tech (M/F)

Already present in more than 40 countries, we are accelerating our international growth and are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to help us build the next stage of our global expansion.
Your mission
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing Opus Technologies' export activities (outside the EU) and expanding our network of distributors and strategic partners.
You will:
- Develop new international markets and identify high‑potential business opportunities.
- Recruit, support and grow a worldwide network of distributors.
- Build strong relationships with AV integrators, consultants and key end users.
- Develop strategic accounts across North America, the Middle East and other international markets (Australia, NZ, etc).
- Define and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies.
- Negotiate distribution agreements and major commercial partnerships.
- Represent Opus Technologies at leading international trade shows including ISE, InfoComm, Gitex and regional industry events.
- Work closely with Marketing and R&D teams to ensure our products continue to meet market expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
Your Profile
You are an experienced international business developer with a passion for technology.
You enjoy opening new markets, creating long‑term partnerships and helping innovative products succeed worldwide.
Required experience
- Minimum 8 years of international B2B sales experience.
- Ideally proven experience within Professional AV, Audio, UC, IT networking or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales through distributors and channel partners.
- Successful track record in developing new international markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.
Travel information
This position involves frequent international travel.
Regular participation in international exhibitions and customer visits is expected.
