International Billing Assistant (apprenticeship) - Paris

Monitoring and optimization of orthodontic treatments through our SaaS; Diagnostic assistance thanks to our internally developed AI, the first in the field of oral healthcare; An in-depth studied orthodontic experience, as we are pioneers in the market and have filed over 300 patents; The Scanbox Pro helps to easily perform intraoral observations; Their patients find their smile again.

Responsibilities

• Update customer’s data in Billing or Accounting systems
• Help in the Cash collection process
• Book payments in Billing and Accounting systems
• A/R Clearing
• Processing billing requests (customer’s hardware orders, invoice modifications)

Qualifications

• You hold a graduate degree in Accounting or Finance and are looking to grow in an international billing role
• You are looking for a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
• You are rigorous and capable of following billing, accounting, and compliance processes accurately
• You are detail-oriented and able to analyze financial data and identify potential issues
• You are proactive, adaptable, and driven by the desire to learn
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in verbal and written English and comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
