Founded in 2005, Auto-Declic is one of the European leaders in B2B automotive trading, with 20 years of expertise in a market few truly master. We work with major industry players – dealer groups, leasing companies, dealerships, and multi‑brand traders across 25 countries, generating over 60M in revenue. Our headquarters are based in Fréjus, in the south of France. We have developed our own internal tools: a custom CRM, connected telephony systems, and proprietary databases. We don’t adapt to the market – we anticipate it.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing business across Northern and Eastern Europe – high‑potential markets for Auto-Declic, with real opportunities to build and grow your own portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your B2B client portfolio in your target markets.
• Actively prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Present vehicle opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
• Work closely with internal admin and logistics teams so you can focus on sales.
• Track and manage your activity through our CRM.
• Achieve and exceed your monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Polish (strong plus).
• Degree in Business / International Business (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent).
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (automotive is a strong advantage).
• Recent graduate with strong sales drive – we will consider your application.

Benefits

• Fixed salary + uncapped commission – 30,000 to 60,000+ depending on performance.
