Internal Tools Engineer: AI & Automation for Ops

Extenteam is hiring a Software Engineer for its Shared Services operation. You will triage tickets from internal users, diagnose underlying problems, and ship fixes, automations, and tools to rapid-fire solve real problems. You will build durable, repeatable solutions and validate them with operations users.

You will work embedded with Shared Services and Engineering, overlapping with Miami-based leadership and Manila-based agents, ensuring fast, reliable delivery of internal tooling.
