The Internal Staffing & Development team plays a key role in supporting the group’s growth while staying true to our core values.

You will be responsible for recruiting core internal teams (Business Managers, Recruiters, Executives, and Corporate functions) across our offices in France and internationally.

• Identify and engage key talent through headhunting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact through to contract negotiation.
• Partner closely with our Directors to achieve our recruitment objectives.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and support long-term talent retention.
• Master’s degree, with a strong interest in recruitment and headhunting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruitment or consulting firm, handling Business Manager and/or executive-level profiles.
• Fluent in both English and French (mandatory), with experience working in an international environment.
• A dynamic, resilient, and results-driven mindset is required.
