Internal Communications Officer
• Actively contribute to defining and implementing the internal communications strategy• Strengthen employee engagement and support the Group’s transformation initiatives• Design and produce engaging content for all internal channels• Write articles, interviews, employee profiles, testimonials, and corporate communications• Produce video content, including filming, editing, and adding graphics and branding to formats intended for employees• Create attractive communications materials tailored to different internal audiences• Contribute to the rollout of key internal communications projects, including the intranet and newsletter• Coordinate stakeholders and monitor action plans• Participate in organizing and coordinating the Group’s internal events• Support preparations for key events planned for early 2027• Showcase team initiatives, projects, and successes through appropriate communications programs
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent training in communications, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of successful experience in internal communications, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Creative and versatile
- Proven experience in communications and communications project management
- Excellent writing skills and a genuine talent for creating engaging content
- Strong command of graphic design and video editing tools
- Experience producing a variety of formats, including articles, newsletters, videos, interviews, employee testimonials, internal campaigns, and event materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting priorities and deadlines
- Structured and organized approach, combined with a strong ability to take initiative
- Curious about new trends, formats, and innovations in communications
- Proficiency in English is a significant asset in a Group-wide environment
