Internal Communications Officer

As part of a 7‑month replacement (September 2026‑March 2027), we are looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join our Communications team based in Libourne, France.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing a wide range of editorial content (articles, internal materials, corporate messaging…)
• Organizing and leading corporate internal events (leadership webcasts, conferences, Purpose Day, year‑end events…)
• Contributing to the development of post‑webcast communication toolkits
• Supporting the creation of the 2027 corporate greeting card
• Monitoring HR communication campaigns
• Managing the Pets at Work project
• Coordinating the international communications network and distributing ready‑to‑use materials

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications

Skills

• Strong writing, verbal communication, and formatting skills
• Proven project management abilities (organization, prioritization, deadline management)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and international environment
• Creative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Fluent in French and English (required)
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
