Job Description
Online Services mission is to serve games by building & managing online solutions that connect them with a massive & qualified audience, across all platforms, and power memorable live experiences that cement the long-term engagement of players & communities with Ubisoft brands.
You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team within Online Services, whose objective is to highlight Online Services products and projects internally and to partners across Ubisoft, while strengthening team engagement. You will report to the Marketing & Communications Director of Online Services.
As an Internal Communications Assistant, you will contribute to the communication strategy, content, and events for Online Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and creating communication content (articles, Teams posts), and coordinating the production of internal videos
- Coordinating the creation of the monthly internal newsletter
- Supporting the organization of onsite and online team events (Townhalls, info sessions, sharing sessions)
- Monitoring Ubisoft and market communications to relay relevant information
- Tracking and analyzing communication performance
- Keeping the Online Services intranet and team presentation materials up to date
- Providing support for Confluence, channel creation and automation, and monitoring updates across Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Qualifications
- You are graduating a Master’s degree in communication/marketing (business school, communication school, university, etc.)
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills
- You have an excellent level of written and spoken English, enabling you to evolve in an international environment
- You have full proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint. Notions on Photoshop would be a plus
- You have strong attention to detail, autonomy and proactive attitude
- You can manage different projects within the given deadlines
- You are curious, open-minded and have excellent interpersonal skills allowing easy interactions with various teams and interlocutors
