Role Description

As a Real Estate Transactions Intern, you will support the Transactions Team in the analysis and execution of real estate acquisitions and disposals for a range of investment vehicles (e.g. public real estate funds, institutional funds, and segregated mandates) with core, core+ and value‑add risk profiles.

The internship offers hands‑on exposure to real estate transactions across the full investment lifecycle and close interaction with experienced investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Support (Acquisitions & Disposals):

• Support the team in sourcing and analysing potential real estate investment opportunities
• Assist in the review of investment proposals, including property, financial, legal, and tax aspects
• Participate in financial and cash flow analysis, including DCF models, IRR, cash‑on‑cash returns, and sensitivity analyses
• Help prepare internal investment materials and presentations for internal committees (e.g. Transaction Review Meetings and Investment Committees) in English
• Support the coordination of due diligence processes with external advisors (legal, technical, tax)
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation and support the transaction process up to closing
• Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, pricing, and comparable transactions

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong interest in real estate investment and transactions
• Good analytical skills with an interest in financial modelling and valuation
• Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel; prior exposure to financial models is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented working style
• Strong motivation, learning mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Availability for a full-time internship and willingness to work on project‑based tasks with deadlines
