YOUR ROLE

Provide support to the CEO Chief of staff in daily activities (e.g. preparation of briefing notes and presentations for meetings or business trips) and long-run tasks (analysis of a particular market or client, optimization of internal processes, etc.). Provide key information to CMA CGM CEO Office to support strategic decisions at Group level.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

Prepare presentations for strategic meetings of management team

Run analysis of specific markets, clients or strategic projects to support decision-making

Run daily tasks with Chief of staff

Provide key strategic information to CMA CGM CEO Office

Participate to strategic decisions together with the management team

Provide support to organize CEO’s travels and meetings with customers

Optimize internal processes for increased efficiency
