Intern -Sales Performance Analyst
Job Purpose
The purpose is to support the manager in the tasks that fall under department responsibilities:
- Contribute and actively drive the goal of implementing Sales Performance dashboard, build and optimize other reports in excel
- Optimize current reporting and draw conclusions, analyse and interpret figures to derive trends by using advanced excel and powerBI skills
- Generate advanced insights by transforming figures into desired set-ups, from various sources such as traded data or cview data
- Maintains future powerBI dashboard
- Supports with daily management of tasks of BST team
- Assists in yearly parenting process execution spanning from July to January, ie BD communication and data transformation, ie templates preparation with Python
- Assist in digitalization of yearly parenting process
Works cross-departmentally to assist in solving enquiries
Key Accountabilities
- Data handling and transformation to obtain business insights with Excel, PowerBI, Python
- Identify inefficiency and automate processes by the use of above skills, including SharePoint and AI
- Work cross-departmentally with various stakeholders to drive the initiative to completion
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education & Qualifications: IT or technical degree or acquired thru work experience.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
- Essential: Good Excel, basic PowerBi or strong willingness to learn
- Desirable: Advanced excel (macros, powerqueries), advanced PowerBI and Python
